Introduction

Ridgeline Consulting is the culmination of 20 years consulting experience in Engagement, Behavioural Strategy, People and Brand Development.

Our business experience coupled with an outdoor leadership culture through facilitating expeditions on foot and on MTB to extreme and oftentimes inhospitable corners of the world as well as climbing some of the highest mountains on the planet, provides us with unique mental insights and solutions.

Erik Vermeulen leads the boutique consultancy, where he explores trends and behaviours that have shaped the business world and in turn delivers ones that are required to motivate and improve performance in the business world.

His strategies allow companies to create more profitable behaviours by examining how their teams work and how they interact with their employees as well as their customers.
